Delete your data
Permanently delete your ListingOS account and all associated data.
To delete your account and all associated data, sign in to ListingOS then return to this page. You’ll be able to delete everything with one tap.
If you cannot sign in, open a ListingOS support request from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “Delete my ListingOS data” and include enough information for us to locate the correct records.
Data covered by deletion
• Listing photos stored in private media storage
• Offline drafts stored by ListingOS on this device
• Marketplace listings, offers, messages, and reservations
• Clerk identity and push notification tokens
Limited retention
Certain records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement of applicable agreements. Records held in backup systems may remain until those backups are securely rotated or deleted.
Frequently asked questions
Is deletion permanent?
Yes. Deleted photos, drafts, jobs, and related ListingOS records cannot be recovered.
What if deletion fails?
ListingOS will show the failure and leave your account signed in. Open Help & report a problem so the request can be completed safely.
