ListingOS provides browsing, manual listings, favorites, profiles, conversations, offers, reservations, meetup proposals, ratings, reports, blocks, and notifications. ListingOS does not provide payment processing, escrow, shipping, authenticity guarantees, or transaction mediation.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings, verifying the other person and item, agreeing on payment and pickup, protecting personal information, and following applicable laws. Do not list prohibited, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, or regulated items.

Meet in an appropriate public place, inspect the item before exchanging funds, and use report or block controls when something feels unsafe. An accepted offer or reservation is not a guarantee of identity, condition, payment, or completion.

ListingOS may remove content, restrict messaging or marketplace access, suspend accounts, preserve safety records, and respond to reports. State transitions and moderation actions are enforced by the service.

ListingOS does not guarantee availability, buyer or seller behavior, an item's condition or authenticity, sale completion, pricing, or a specific outcome. Optional listing suggestions are disabled unless they pass documented release gates and are explicitly accepted by the member.

Deleting an account is permanent and removes associated marketplace records and media subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.
