ListingOS AI
Privacy
What ListingOS stores, uses, and shares.
Data used
ListingOS is a camera-first AI listing tool.
• eBay account authorization through OAuth
• Product photos you choose to upload
• Draft data generated from those photos
• Readiness and policy data needed to guide publish checks
• Listing snapshots a seller chooses to publish to the ListingOS Market beta
• Buyer email, verification-session state, inquiry notes, and report or block requests submitted through the Market beta
Storage
The Worker stores data in cloud services to support queueing, drafts, and publish operations:
• Photos are uploaded to Cloudflare R2 for generation and publish workflows.
• Drafts, jobs, publish attempts, and listing references are stored in Cloudflare D1.
• Public Market listing snapshots, buyer email and verification sessions, inquiry messages, reports, and blocks are stored in Cloudflare D1.
• OAuth state and short-lived session cache are stored in Cloudflare KV.
We do not store OAuth tokens, private keys, or seller secrets in app UI fields.
ListingOS Market beta
A Market listing is public by design. Its title, description, price, category, location label, and listing photos may be visible without signing in. Buyer inquiry records are not displayed in the public listing feed, but their email, verification state, note, and related safety records are stored to operate and protect the beta.
AI and technical processing
Product photos and marketplace context are sent to the OpenAI Responses API for structured listing recommendations. The Worker validates generated output against schema rules and marketplace checks before persistence.
Publishing safety notice
Publishing with production credentials can create live eBay listings.
Do not run production credentials against test data if you are only validating behavior.
Data requests and contact
If you need help with data deletion, retention context, or privacy questions:
What personal data is kept?
We keep only what is needed to complete drafting, review, and publish operations for your seller account.
How do I request review of my records?
Open a support request and include your seller account name (if available), batch IDs, and time window.
Does ListingOS see my eBay password?
No. eBay OAuth is handled through the platform identity flow. ListingOS does not ask for passwords.
